Can you add items or make changes to your order once processed? 
If you are able to contact us before the item has been dispatched we can add additional items to your order. Our team will do their best, however once the order has left the premises we are unable to change the order and you will need to place a second order.

Do colours vary from images? 
We do our best to display the true colour of the garment. However colours may vary depending on your device and the lighting of images; indoor vs. outdoor lighting. 

How true to size are you?
Sizes can vary across brands, that is why we list the garment measurements in the description box. We recommend ordering the size your child is currently wearing or upsize if they are between sizes. Please note all garments are hand cut, therefore allow a 1.5cm allowance for your measurements. 

Do you use sustainable packaging?
Yes! Our mailing bags are 100% compostable. 

Are your dresses ethically made?
Yes. We work with a Brisbane based manufacturing team who are partnered with a small family owned sample room in Shanghai. Quality Control Inspectors regularly visit the premises for inspection of orders and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the Shanghai team.

What happens if my order is sent incorrectly?
If we make a mistake please contact us straight away and we will organise a return label and replacement.
