AUSTRALIA

  • Tracking available on all orders. 
  • Track orders here using the tracking number provided: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/search
    Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to update through Australia Post.
  • Standard and express shipping is sent via Australia Post.  
  • Authority to leave on all orders if there is a safe place to leave. If the driver does not believe there is a safe place to leave the parcel, the parcel will be taken to the nearest post office for collection. We are not liable for parcels that are delivered and go missing. 

Fees:

  • $5.95 flat rate standard shipping fee on orders under $100
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $100
  • $10.95 flat rate express shipping fee available

    Timeframes:

    • All orders are shipped within 24 business hours.
    • Standard shipping:
      • Metro: Allow 3-8 business days for your order to arrive from dispatch date.
      • Rural and Regional: Allow 4-10 business days for your order to arrive from dispatch date.
      • Brisbane and surrounding suburbs: 1-4 business days.
    • Express shipping: Allow 1-4 business days for your order to arrive from dispatch date. 

    INTERNATIONAL

    • Tracking available on all orders.
    • Standard shipping is sent via Australia Post.

    New Zealand (currently free on orders over $250):

    • AUD$15 flat rate shipping fee on all orders.
    • Allow 1 to 3 weeks for your order to arrive from dispatch date.

    United States:

    • AUD$20 flat rate shipping on all orders. 
    • Allow 2 to 3 weeks for your order to arrive from dispatch date.

    United Kingdom: 

    • AUD$25 flat rate shipping on all orders. 
    • Allow 2 to 3 weeks for your order to arrive from dispatch date.

    Rest of the world:

    • AUD$28 flat rate shipping on all orders. 
    • Allow 2 to 6 weeks for your order to arrive from dispatch date.

    International Express Shipping

    If you require one of our items urgently please email ellie@octoberrose.com.au with your shipping country and postcode. We will provide an express shipping quote and timeframe.
