There may be times when you will need to return an item purchased from us. We want you to love your purchase. We offer 14 day returns on all full priced purchases. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return. 

Original postage costs will not be reimbursed, nor will return postage costs, unless the item(s) are faulty or not as ordered.

At October Rose we want you to love the items you purchase. If you have changed your mind on a purchase we will provide a gift card or refund your payment (full price items only). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will need to provide the receipt or order number via email.

If you are unable to comply with these requirements, October Rose reserves the right to refuse a refund on change of mind items. 

Contact Ellie at detailing your return request, name and order number. You will be provided direction on how and where to return your order. 

The refund or store credit will be dispatched/emailed within 1-2 business days of receiving your return to our warehouse.

We will at times sell items that are clearly identified as samples or seconds. These items may contain defects. Please choose carefully. No refunds for change of mind or for faults identified prior to purchase. Exchanges are available for sale items only, unless stated otherwise in product description. Exchanges not available for samples and seconds.

Please notify us as soon as possible if the item is faulty so we can organise a replacement, refund, or store credit for you. 

If you would like to exchange your order for an alternative size or style, please send an email to with your request. We will provide direction on where to send the order and we will send your alternative size or style once your original order arrives back to our warehouse and is checked. Please refer to our returns section above for information regarding our return requirements.
